You now have two new choices off the archive menu. To view, go to:

The two new choices are archive check and archive balance check. If you run both of those programs it explains at the top of the screen what these programs do. Basically when you archive information, the document and its associated cash receipts move together to the archives. If only the document or cash receipt moves to the archives, then the aging reflects this inbalance. These utilities are used to detect which customer has the problem so that the data can manually be moved to the archives.
