"Hold Status Fix"

What this 'fix' will do:

Will NOT allow users to enter an order when the customer is on hold
(Hold status = 5)

Screen shot #1: From the AR main menu, choose "Customers", then "TM Summary", then "Alt M", then "take order".
Notice the note at the bottom of the screen, highlighted in red.



Screen shot #2: From the AR main menu, choose "Customers", then "TM Detail", then "Telemarketing (or Outside Sales)", then "Alt M", then "take order".



Screen shot #3: From the Telemarketing main menu, choose "Callbacks/Contacts", then "Callback Headers", then select a header, then "Alt D", then "Alt M", then "take an order".
