After the Quick Pricing screen is updated and posted, it automatically sets the sale flag & expiration date of those parts.

From the IN main menu, choose "System Management", "Inventory Utilities", then "Quick Pricing".
From here, choose "Detail Editing" from the menu and make the appropriate price changes to each part. Be sure to mark the Sale column as "Y" on each one.
