Instructions:

California Overnight will send you two files. One for the zip codes/ sort codes, and the other for the rates. After receiving these files, they must be renamed. The zip/sort code file must be named calzips.txt and the rates file calrates.txt. Both files must be saved in the /upsrates directory on your machine. The next step is to load the files - From the UPS main page, choose "system management", "utilities", "load CA Overnight Zones" (see screen shot below).

NOTE:
You must load the ZONES first.

Here, you must enter Ca Ov's table number (to find: IN, sys man, prod shipping, ship via tables - HINT:#'s 15 & 16 must be filled in with "calrates/calzips" for the load to work). Enter "Y" to continue.

NOTE:
This process is VERY quick.

After loading the ZONES, follow the same instructions above for the rates.
