"Mail Printer" feature:

What this feature does:

Allows you to overrule the default printer (aka "location maintenance invoice printer).

Instructions:
The "location maintenance invoice printer" (located on the WEB customer detail screen: from "AR main menu", to "WEB data", to "Printing Options" - hit F5) is generally the default printer for the customer's WEB information.
However, this feature provides a one-time only 'overrule' option.

Screen Shot 1: From Inventory main menu, choose "System Management", "Set Up System", then "General Parameters".
Notice the "Mail Printer" option at the bottom.
