What this feature does:

Gives you options for overriding your current printer settings.

Screen Shot:
From IN main menu, go to System Management, Set Up System, Location Maintenance, then highlight the location you wish to alter. Hit ALT M for the menu.




Instructions:

Selection "V - Printer Overrides"

"Doc Type" = will always be "1" (for now), which stands for 'order'; unlike "2" for credit memo, etc.
"Cus No" = customer number
"Channel" = (not being used; will be for xml file transfer).
"CRID" = creator ID.
"Pgs" = if the number of pages on the picking ticket exceed the number you enter here, then the entire picking ticket will print on the printer you assign in the next field.
"Printer number" = which printer
"Form" = (not being used, MUST BE BLANK; will be for programs of different formatting)
"Copies" = how many copies do you want?
"Barcode" = Y/N

Selection "Z - All Location Printer Overrides"

The only difference between the ALT V, and the ALT Z options are that ALT Z - ALL LOCATION is just that... ALL LOCATIONS. You opt to have everything print at one printer.
