"Standard size boxes" entry

This feature allows you to input standard size boxes into your system - for fast keying of box size.

Screen Shot #1: From the "UPS Host Access" main menu, choose "System Management", then "Set up System", then "Standard Boxes".



Instructions:
You can input up to 16 standard box sizes.
In the first field, "Box Number", enter "1". Then, enter a description of the box in the next field. The Length, Width, and Height of the box follow.
You can continue to do this for boxes 2 - 8.

**NOTE**
When you go to enter box "9", you must put number "59" in the "Box Number" field. Then, continue entering boxes 10 - 16, using "Box Number" 60 - 66.
Don't ask why... too long of an explanation - it's a programming thing.
When you are finished entering in all 16 (or less) boxes, the screen will look like (or similar too) this:

Screen shot #2: Now that you've entered in your standard sized boxes, you can simply press "F1, F2, F3, etc".. on up to "F8" to retrieve your standard size box information in Order Entry.

**NOTE**
When retrieving "box 9 - 16", ... you must press [Ctrl] F1 (for box 9), [Ctrl] F2 (for box 10), etc.
