What this feature did:

You must be certified to use the USPS interface. And, the more customers that use this, the better the interface (USPS more willing!)

Provides the manifest for both USPS MIXED MAIL, and USPS EXPRESS MAIL.

Screen Shot 1: From the OE main menu, choose "Shipping". Then choose "Print USPS Manifest". Under "Manifest Type", choose either 'mixed' (priority, parcel post & first class) or 'express' mail.
