1. Log to the UPS (shipping) application (UP).
2. From the Main Menu, choose "System Management".
3. Then choose, "Set Up System".
4. And finally, "UPS Control Record".

Field #12, "Residential Air Surcharge": this field name was simply reworded.

Also, #15, "Ground Res Surcharge": was added because the "ground residential table" from UPS is no longer available.
