"UPS: Load rates"

Instructions:

First, you must go to the VICS FTP website and download the rates table. Be sure to place the file in the /upsrates directory.
Next - From the UPS main menu, choose "system management", "utilities", "load ups rates".

If field #15 (ASCII rate file) in Ship Via Table Maintenance has a value, this program will attempt to update the rates. If field 15 is blank, then the table is skipped.
This program will update the rate if the zone/weight currently exist and add a new record if not. This process is very quick, and please NOTE that /upsrates can be a symbolic link to another directory.
