What this feature did:
1) Created a log that records all the orders that have changed
(not yet installed) or been deleted.
2) Remove WEB orders placed by customers who later decided to cancel.

Instructions:
When an order is deleted by the WEB customer, an F8 message will be attached
to that order with the customer name and order #. The F8 message will say one of the following
things:
Order is being deleted
Customer asked you to delete this
Customer placed the order, did not confirm
Asked to delete
This program, (called "wb1del"), then recognizes this message and deletes the order(s) as
often as you wish (i.e. every 4 hours/2 hours/on the hour, etc).
